How to fix Nano UI Issues

This page was created due to our unhappy Wiki Head who couldn't figure out how to fix the Nano UI pages going blank (White Screen).

And how it took 5 hours to get a response on how to fix the issues and how Googling said problems returned no results.

Fixing the Nano UI issue

• Open Internet Explorer

• Select Tools (Should be a gear emblem upper right of window).

• Select Safety

• Turn on ActiveX Filtering

• Return to Tools and select Internet Options

• In Internet Options go to Security

• Select Custom Level

• In the pop up window find every ActiveX Filtering setting and check ENABLE

• Select Ok

• Select Apply

• Repeat for each zone; Internet, Intranet, Trusted Sites, Restricted Sites.

• Clear your Internet Explorer cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete in the program. Restart the game.

Should solve most if not all Nano UI issues.

Note: If you do not feel safe messing with these features it is not a requirement to play Eris, you will just have issues with NanoUI occasionally.
