Captain and his Crew
- The vessel belongs only to the Captain, but in case of his irreversible death, the First officer can take command over the ship. If there is no First officer, Ironhammer Security Commander can take command instead;
- Captain may not legally hire personnel to organizations on board without the knowledge of these organizations heads;
- A final decision whether to follow the captain’s orders or not should be left to organizations’ heads;
- Captain or his representative cannot make changes in this agreement;
- However, Captain may secede from the agreement in case of emergency.
Ship’s Crew, including all hired employees of any organization, shall have the right to:
- Store and bear any kind of weapon and ammunition;
- Conduct a business which is not inconsistent with the agreement, and is not connected with selling other crewmans’ or organizations’ property;
- Protect themselves and any other crewman in case of immediate risk of loss of life;
- Appropriate everything that is found in uninhabited parts of the vessel, if it is not the property of any crewman or organization on board.
Ironhammer Security
Troops of this organization were hired by Captain to provide safety and security arrangements on board of the vessel, including enforcing of the agreement and a variety of Guild’s general laws, which are to be held everywhere in Hansa’s territory.
- Captain may engage IH troops to solve any task which IHS Commander considers appropriate;
- Any troublemaker should be arrested using non-lethal weaponry and equipment. Lethal countermeasures are only acceptable if there is a severe life hazard to Operative, or emergency situation on board of the vessel (code red), or in case of direct order of a Head or Captain.
A standard statute-book for any object under guard of IHS is in force aboard CEV “Eris” and should be obeyed by the crew. The statute-book is divided on two paragraphs: The Paragraph Blue, and The Paragraph Red. Heads and Captain can not be taken into custody for The Blue Paragraph violations, but can be removed from their posts by vote or by any similar way of decision taking. Everyone on board is held fully liable for The Red Paragraph violations. Arrested person may choose between imprisonment or ransom. It is important to note, that if a crime was committed by an order of any crewman, this crewman is absolutely responsible for the crime. Maximum term of imprisonment must not be more than thirty minutes.

The Red Paragraph

Moebius Laboratories
- Moebius Laboratories is the main funder of the Expedition. This organization pursues science and medicine, and has the exceptional prerogative to perform researches which are forbidden for any other organization within Hansa’s borders.
Any inventions which are created aboard CEV “Eris” belong only to Moebius Laboratories. CEO might sell them to the crew if deems it necessary;
- Moebius Laboratories are in charge of Crew’s health condition. All Moebius personnel should maintain health of the crew, and must not collect payment for necessary medical care and supplies used to provide that care;
- Herewith, sale of stimulators, prosthetics, bionics, nonessential surgical treatments, and any medical supplies is allowed for a suitable price;
- Shuttle “Vasily Dokuchaev” is owned by Moebius Laboratories.
NeoTheology
- The Church of Neotheology is one of the backers of the Expedition, and may render its services to the Crew.
Any crewman, except jobs where keeping a cruciform is restricted by the corporate (organization) code of conduct, may be baptized and resurrected for free;
- Neotheology may freely perform any traditional ritual.
Guild Merchant
- Guild Merchant is a fully legitimate member of the Guild, just like Captain or First officer. He is independent, and all his personnel is only subordinate to him.
- Mining barge “Hulk” is owned by Guild Merchant;
All that is obtained on any asteroid or derelict by the power of Merchant’s personnel is owned by him.
Technomancers
Technomancer kindred settled down on their part of the CEV “Eris”. Exultant is their leader.
- Technomancers are in charge of vessel’s power supply, plating and leak integrity. In addition to that, they must do it on a non-repayable basis;
- Technomancers may require money for service such as visible repairs, or any other unnecessary works.
